U.S.-Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Agriculture and Food Security (USPCAS-AFS), at the University of Agriculture-Faisalabad is organizing Grants Writing Workshops for the capacity building of Pakistani researchers working in the fields of agriculture and food security. The workshops will especially emphasize how to apply for Research Grants funded by USPCAS-AFS. The workshops will be held in two different locations and dates as mentioned below:
- University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (Distance Learning Center-II), April 4-5, 2016.
- University of Agriculture, Faisalabad April 6-7, 2016.

The applicants must provide prerequisite information including a scanned copy of the nomination letter signed by the head of institution.Young researchers will be given preference. Last date for on line submission of nominations is 31.03.2016. The Grants Office will facilitate logistics for the participants but “No TA/DA will be admissible”. The successful participants will be intimated via email and phone.
