I am working on improvement of wheat micronutrients status through targeted manipulation of antinutrients derived from a diverse range of bread wheat genotypes using CRISPR-Cas9-based gene editing to knockout negative regulators. I have expertise in designing gRNA for CRISPR-Cas9 system, tissue culturing of wheat, DNA fingerprinting, expression analysis, transformation and statistical software analysis (R, Statistix).
